Flying High is a habitable country house in need of refurbishing but could be converted into a fantastic rural hotel or B&B. The casa is situated in the beautiful countryside of Rute, Cordoba. At the front is a lovely cobbled patio shaded by the overhead grape vines. According to the locals the grapes from this area produce the finest wine. Surrounding the country house are glorious views of the countryside and mountains (Subbetica). The access has seen better days but the owner will repair the country road with the sale of the property. Water is provided by a private well. Electricity is not connected but is nearby. Better still why not install solar panels? The white washed town of Rute is located 10 km away and it is where you will find all amenities and public transport links.
